Privacy policy
This policy describes, in general terms, how information may be handled when someone visits Stevens Creek Vision. It does not claim compliance with a named statute and it does not register an operator. The site is static reading material and does not ask for gambling accounts.
General terms
Using the pages means the visitor accepts this description. Anyone who disagrees can leave. Processing is limited to showing the content and remembering a notice preference.
What may be processed
This project does not request a name, email, phone number or identity document. There are no registration or contact forms. The only data that may appear are those a browser sends when it loads static files, plus a preference stored on the device if the cookie notice is accepted.
Technical data
The host environment may log an IP address, browser type, language, requested pages and access time. If those logs exist, they support operation and protection of the site rather than commercial profiling on these pages.
Cookies and local preference
The notice on the site states that a local preference about that same notice may be stored. In practice this uses the browser’s localStorage with the key stevenscreekvision-notice and the value seen when the visitor chooses Got it. This project’s code does not set advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The preference can be deleted with the browser’s own tools.
Purposes
- Display the static content of the site.
- Remember whether the cookie notice has already been closed.
- Allow basic movement between the home page and these technical pages.
Legal bases
In general terms, technical processing may rest on the interest of keeping the site working and, when a preference is stored, on the voluntary action of the person who accepts the notice. No specific legal regime or data-controller register is invoked here.
Third-party services
The project code does not include advertising pixels or social widgets. If a visitor reaches the pages through a host, content network or browser, those parties may process data under their own rules, which sit outside Stevens Creek Vision. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com); that request is subject to that provider’s policies.
Retention and protection
The notice preference stays on the device until it is deleted. Technical logs, if the host creates them, follow that environment’s own period. Protection follows ordinary static-site practice: do not collect more than is needed and do not publish credentials in the code.
Visitor rights
Depending on place of residence, rights of access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction may exist. Because this site does not keep an identifiable visitor file, the practical step is usually to clear browser data or stop using the pages.
Age limit
The home page discusses gambling products and is intended for adults. Age is not collected in a form, but minors are not the audience for this material.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated if the way the site works changes. The current version is the one published at this URL. The editorial reference year is 2026.
Privacy contact
No email, phone number or postal address is published. Privacy questions can be raised only through the interface elements already present on the site.
